- Running the day-to-day on Deutsche Telekom's app across 10 EU markets. Good problems to solve and a real say in where it goes next.
- Moving into a new role. What sits beyond mobile, fixed, and broadband.
- Rebuilding ivanmisic.net with Claude Code.
- A pile of side projects on the home lab: RAG, knowledge tooling, small internal helpers.

On the stack
- Where agentic AI stops being a demo and becomes operations.

In rotation

- PHP 8.2 + custom MVC, no framework. Deliberately.
