Shipping
- I built the Deutsche Telekom app and webshop now live across 10 EU markets. Not running the day-to-day anymore, but still around to help the people who do.
- In the new role now: new growth, beyond mobile, fixed, and broadband. Building the product unit that goes looking for what comes next.
- Rebuilding ivanmisic.net with Claude Code.
- A pile of side projects on the home lab: RAG, knowledge tooling, small internal helpers.
TRACKING
On the radar
- Where agentic AI stops being a demo and becomes operations.
- What telcos sell once connectivity isn't the product anymore.
- How AI actually changes the way a team works day to day, not the keynote version.
TOOLS
In rotation
- Claude Code in meetings, in the day job, in side projects. Pretty much everywhere.
- A home lab quietly handling git, notes, automations, and whatever else I throw at it.
- PHP 8.2 + custom MVC, no framework. Deliberately.
